Determining Warranty Status
Onkyo products are warranted for a period of 1-3 years, depending on the type of product. Please check Onkyo's Website for a list of warranty periods by category.
Pioneer products are warranted for a period of 1 year for Home A/V Receivers and 3 years for "Elite" branded Receivers.
Note: Proof of purchase is required to process a repair under warranty.
Empty Box Service
If you are mailing your product in for repair but do not have the original box/packaging, we offer an empty box service.
Under this program, we would mail you an empty box with packaging foam and a return label. You would use this same box, included packaging, and return label to send your product in for repair.
Pricing varies by location. Please indicate on the Repair Authorization Form if you are interested in this program.
Obtain Repair Authorization
We request that you fill out the Repair Authorization Form before sending your product in for repair.
After filling out the form we will contact you with instructions for sending in your product.
Out of Warranty Diagnostics Fee
For out of warranty repairs, we charge a $40 diagnostic fee to determine the problem with your product. This charge is non-refundable but will be applied towards your repair cost.
